Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

**The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

If you Cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person • Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable

If we change or cancel your holiday. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. o If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. If you have a complaint If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision. All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.

Ooty (short for Udhagamandalam) is a resort town in the Western Ghats mountains, in southern India's Tamil Nadu state. Founded as a British Raj summer resort.

Madikeri is a hill town in southern India. Framed by the Western Ghats mountain range, it’s known for the Raja’s Seat, a simple monument overlooking forests and rice paddies. In the center, the 17th-century Madikeri Fort features 2 stone elephants at the entrance. Nearby, the domed Omkareshwar Temple is dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva. To the northwest, cascading Abbey Falls is surrounded by spice plantations

Day - 1 :-

Mysore :- Bangalore-Mysore

On reaching Bangalore Airport (or) Railway Station, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel at Mysore . Check in at the hotel and relax for a while. Later to Visit Srirangapatna. Srirangapatna. Mysore Zoo and visit Mysore Palace ,church,Visit Chamundeshwari Temple etc Lalitha Mahal Karanji lake Jagan Mohan art Galary , shuka vana. In the evening, visit Brindavan Gardens. Return to the hotel and stay overnight

Day - 2 :-

Coorg :- Mysore-Coorg

After breakfast Drive for Coorgen route visit Bylakuppe - largest Tibetan settlement in South India and its famous for Tibetian Golden Temple and Kaveri Nisargadhama an island formed by river Cauvery Medikari Fort . And later Dubare Elephant Camp - elephant safari & enjoy water rafting. On arrival to Coorg check in to hotel. Evening visit Raja's Seat. Overnight stay at Coorg.

Day - 3 :-

Coorg :- Coorg Sightseen

After breakfast, check out hotel. Visit Talakaveri - birth place of Cauvery, en route visit Bhagamandala - Bhagandeshwara Temple and Triveni Sangama Nagahole Safari on Direct Payment Basis . After returning back to Madikeri visit Abbey falls and Omkareshwar Temple. night stay at hotel

Ooty :- Coorg-Bandipur-Ooty

After breakfast proceed to the picturesque hill station of Ooty Via Bandipur enjoy Jungle safari on Direct Payment Basis . , reach Ooty and check-in at the hotel.Located in the Nilgiri Hills, Ooty is a popular tourist spot with dense forests, impressive mountains and scenic grasslandsand visit Pykara Lake / Boat House, Pykara Waterfalls, Toda Hamlet / School Mund,Toda Hamlet / School Mund, Pine Tree Forest, Wenlock DownsLater, spend the night with a peaceful sleep at the hotel.
