Booking Policy
30 days or more prior to the
departure: 25% of the Land package cost
29 to 19 days prior to the
departure: 50% of the package cost
19 days prior to the departure:
100% of the package cost
· This is in addition to the tour deposit
i) Balance amount is payable within
24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non - refundable
· Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be
done only upon receiving full and final payment
· For payments made through cheque documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance
